1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the basic principles and procedure for collecting, processing and storing personal data of the User of the Arbre wood, MB electronic store arbre.lt (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store). Before using the Online Store, you must carefully read and familiarize yourself with this Policy. By using the services provided by the Online Store, you confirm that you agree to comply with this Policy.
1.2. The online store is administered by Arbre wood, MB, address: Neveiglo g. 28, Daugų k., LT-64144 Alytus r., company code: 304754239, VAT code: LT100015067117 (hereinafter referred to as the Data Processor).
1.3. The Data Controller can be contacted by e-mail regarding privacy and personal data protection issues.
1.4. A user in this Policy is considered any natural person using the services of the Online Store.
1.5. The User must not use the services of the Online Store if he is not familiar with the Policy and/or does not agree with it. In cases where the User does not agree with the Policy or a certain part of it, he must not use the services of the Online Store. Otherwise, it is considered that the User has familiarized himself with and unconditionally agreed with the Policy.
1.6. The Provider does not assume any risk or liability and is unconditionally exempted from it if the User has not partially or completely familiarized himself with the Policy, although he has been given such an opportunity.
1.7. The Provider has the right to restrict the User's use of the Website services without notice if the User uses the Online Store in violation of this Policy or attempts to undermine the stability and security of the Online Store.

2. COOKIES

2.1 Cookies are small text files with a unique identification number that are transferred from a website to the hard drive of the visitor's computer. In order to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the e-shop, we use cookies.
2.2 Cookies used:
_gid – a readable Google ID to identify individual users for statistical purposes.
_ga – records actions taken on our website for statistical and website optimization purposes.
wp_woocommerce_session* – stores your session data, such as user information and actions taken in the store.
wordpress_test_cookie – checks if your browser accepts cookies.
woocommerce_items_in_cart – determines the number of items in the cart.
woocommerce_cart_hash – saves selected items in the cart.
wfwaf_authcookie – checks whether the website is being used by an authenticated person (for example, not a robot).
2.3 You can set your internet browser settings to not accept cookies, but in this case shopping in our e-store will be impossible.

3. PERSONAL DATA

3.1. The Data Processor collects data for the following purposes:
3.1.1 To accept, deliver and properly fulfill your order. For this purpose, data may be transferred to:
– UAB „Venipak Lietuva“ – to deliver your order
3.1.2 Contact the client if you have additional questions
3.1.3 For accounting purposes
3.1.4 Payments in the online store are processed using makecommerce.lt platform managed by Maksekeskus AS (Niine 11, Tallinn 10414, Estonia, reg. no.: 12268475), therefore your personal information required for payment execution and confirmation will be transferred to Maksekeskus AS.
3.2. The data subject, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), has the right to submit a request to receive all personal data by e-mail, as well as to submit a request to completely delete his or her data.
3.2.1 The data processor must provide the requested data to the data subject no later than within one month.
3.2.2 The Data Processor, upon receiving a request from the Data Subject to delete all data of the Data Subject, undertakes to do so no later than within one month, unless otherwise provided by law.

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The law of the Republic of Lithuania shall apply to relations arising from this Policy.
4.2. The Data Processor is not liable for damage, including damage caused by disruptions in the use of the Online Store, for loss or damage of data resulting from actions or inactions of the User or third parties acting with the knowledge of the User, including incorrect data entry, other errors, intentional damage, other improper use of the Online Store. The Online Store Provider is also not liable for disruptions in the connection and/or use of the Online Store and/or damage caused by them, resulting from actions or inactions of third parties not related to the User, including disruptions in the supply of electricity, Internet access, etc.
4.3. If, after the Policy is supplemented or amended, the User continues to use the Website and the services provided by it, it is deemed that the User agrees to these supplements and/or amendments.
4.4. The Data Controller reserves the right to amend the Privacy Policy. You will be informed about changes to the Privacy Policy in the Online Store, and you are asked to agree to the Privacy Policy again.
