The shade of the ordered goods may differ from the samples displayed in the showroom and/or product photos presented in catalogs (online). The Buyer understands this and therefore does not make any claims to the Manufacturer/Seller. Shade is a color nuance of a specific batch of manufactured parquet boards. Due to the peculiarities of the production technology, the color tone of the parquet boards of one manufactured series may differ from the nominal color, be lighter or darker. Wooden parquet boards are characterized by differences in color and pattern, as these are naturally formed by nature. As a result, the shades of the parquet boards, the groove patterns, their intensity and branching may differ from the samples exhibited in the showroom. The samples exhibited in the showroom and the newly manufactured parquet boards will be from different production batches, so the shade of the parquet boards may not match.
Wooden floors (parquet, parquet boards, planks) are manufactured with certain dimensional tolerances, which are permissible according to the requirements of European standards. Before ordering oak parquet boards, check their suitability for heated floor systems. Improper floor maintenance, failure to comply with the requirements for relative humidity (must be between 40 % and 60 %) and temperature (average must be between +18 °C and +25 °C), as well as chemical or mechanical damage to the surface of the boards, can cause irreparable damage to the floor, and the warranty will not apply to them. Furniture legs must be covered with a soft cloth. If water gets on the parquet boards, it must be removed as soon as possible. Due to differences in relative humidity and temperature, small cracks may appear in the floor - this is not a defect. When turning on the floor heating, the temperature can be raised by no more than 5 °C per day. The maximum floor surface temperature cannot exceed +25 °C. It is prohibited to lay heat-retaining mats (rubber mats) on the floor. Dry cleaning is done with a vacuum cleaner to remove sand or gravel from the parquet boards, followed by wet cleaning. Only special care products intended for oiled floor surfaces can be used for cleaning.
After a confirmed order for parquet boards, it is no longer possible to change the quantity, color, or other parameters. High-quality parquet boards delivered according to a confirmed order are not accepted back and are not exchanged for others. Custom parquet boards are produced only according to the specific order of the Buyer, otherwise they are not sold and are not produced for storage.
When ordering parquet boards, the buyer specifies and confirms the color, dimensions, shape, quantity and other parameters. Checks for their installation, installation, maintenance, cleaning, operation and warranty conditions. The Manufacturer/Seller is not responsible for defects or damage to parquet boards that have arisen due to the fact that the Buyer stored, operated, installed or used the parquet boards for purposes other than their intended purpose, without following the description, use or installation recommendations, maintenance or warranty conditions. Parquet boards with noticeable defects or damage cannot be used or installed, and the Buyer must immediately inform the Manufacturer/Seller about any quality discrepancies. The Manufacturer/Seller is not responsible for defects, quality deficiencies or damage to already installed parquet boards, if the Buyer or third parties related to him could see these defects during the acceptance, installation or installation of the goods. The Manufacturer/Seller is not responsible for accurate quantity calculations - this is usually taken care of by the person or company planning to lay the selected covering.
The order is confirmed by advance payment. Unless otherwise agreed, the advance payment amount is 50 % of the order value. If the ordered parquet boards are unilaterally refused to be produced, the advance payment is non-refundable.
If the delivery date of parquet boards changes, The Manufacturer/Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer of any changes. If the goods cannot be manufactured or delivered due to disruptions in the supply of raw materials or unexpected technical failures (which cannot be quickly eliminated), the Manufacturer/Seller undertakes to refund the advance payment made to the Buyer.
The finished parquet boards can be picked up at the MB “Arbre wood” warehouse at Taikos pr. 98, Kaunas, LT-51176, only after final payment for the entire order. When collecting the parquet boards, the Buyer must check the quantity of the goods being collected, the colors and other parameters confirmed in the order and make sure that there are no damages. Later claims will not be accepted.
The order storage period is 4 weeks from the notification of order fulfillment. A longer storage period is negotiated by separate agreement.
At the Buyer's request, the Manufacturer/Seller may arrange delivery of the goods to the specified location. The delivery price depends on the distance, quantity, and whether unloading/pick-up service is required.
Upon confirmation of the order with advance payment, it is deemed that the Buyer has read the additional terms and conditions of the order, agrees with them and understands that these terms create rights and obligations for the Parties, which they must comply with. The Manufacturer/Seller undertakes to collect and process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
